The Assistant Director - Student Services and Enrollment works as part of the Santa Clara Online team, reporting to the Director of Student Services. This position will oversee engagement activities and assist in the retention of online graduate students by providing academic advising, implementing academic policy, and coordinating student services and events. This position provides excellent customer service to students, faculty and staff and assists with the organization of co-curricular and professional development programs for all enrolled students. In addition, this position will assist with the communication of information to prospective students by nurturing relationships with prospective students and assisting with various recruitment and admissions processes. The start date for this position is July 1, 2025 or after.
