About The Position

The Assistant Director plays a crucial role in the administration of student-athlete support services, focusing on academic coordination, education, and mentorship. This position is dedicated to monitoring the academic eligibility and progress of student-athletes, ensuring they are on track to earn their degree from BU.

Requirements

  • B.A/B.S. required.
  • Master's Degree preferred.
  • One to three years of experience in educational counseling.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the administration of student-athlete support services.
  • Serve as academic coordinator for assigned teams.
  • Educate and mentor student-athletes.
  • Monitor student-athletes' academic eligibility and progress.
