This position is responsible for executing strategy and managing the performance of specialty service lines. Key areas of focus include enhancing Access & Patient Experience through timely appointments, smooth patient flow, high patient satisfaction, and network integrity. The role involves optimizing operating room (OR), clinic, and staff workflows, as well as supporting adherence to clinical pathways and safety standards. Additionally, the Assistant Director will monitor operational budgets and resource utilization and effectively implement service line strategic initiatives.
