As an Assistant Director at Albertina Kerr Centers, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the operations of the region's group homes. This position involves supervising managers and staff, providing budget and financial oversight to programs, and ensuring compliance with Oregon Administrative Rules (OARs), agency policies, and the organization's philosophy of care. You will be responsible for ensuring that Individual Support Plans (ISPs), financial safeguards, and other protective measures for the individuals we serve are adhered to. Additionally, you will participate in licensing reviews and quality assurance processes, ensuring that all operations meet the required standards and regulations. In this role, you will supervise and manage assigned program managers, ensuring that each program operates within the agency-approved budget. You will review ISPs developed by Program Managers to ensure compliance and monitor the personal finances of those served through monthly reviews. When necessary, you will function as a Program Manager to provide coverage and support. Your oversight will extend to ensuring adequate Quality Assurance support for each assigned program, completing state licensing review Plan of Corrections, and participating in weekly Quality Assurance meetings. You will also assist with the development of new programs and provide oversight for the Oregon Intervention System (OIS) practices at the group homes.
