We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Director of Residential Services to oversee and support multiple residential programs serving individuals with developmental disabilities and complex medical needs throughout Ocean County. This leadership position is responsible for supervising Residence Managers and their teams, ensuring operational consistency across homes, and coordinating closely with nursing and interdisciplinary partners to maintain high-quality care. This role also plays a key part in supporting Individual Service Plan development and implementation, monitoring program compliance, and promoting effective communication and teamwork across all assigned residential locations. Requirements

  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • Valid New Jersey driver’s license with no more than 5 points
  • At least two years of supervisory experience in services for individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Proven background in managing or supporting residential programs for adults with developmental disabilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Special Education, or a related field (or closely related discipline)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with a wide range of stakeholders, including staff teams, families and guardians, funding representatives, regulatory agencies, and other external partners
