About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 2 to 3 years of experience required.
• Master's degree in Social Sciences, South Asia Studies, Political Science, History or Anthropology preferred.
• Relevant experience in program administration, ideally within a university or nonprofit environment.
• Strong organizational skills with a track record of managing complex processes efficiently.
• Experience managing research programs and executing academic events including lectures, conferences, and workshops.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience implementing multi-platform communication strategies including tools for measuring engagement and reach.
