The Assistant Director—Recreational Programs & Facility Operations supports the overall operation, programming, and strategic direction for ASI on the Solano campus. This position provides leadership in facility oversight, aquatics, intramural sports, fitness and wellness programming, membership and rental services, and staff development. The role is responsible for ensuring a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment for participants while supporting daily operations, long-term planning, and compliance with institutional, state, and ASI policies. This position plays a key leadership role within the Physical Education and Aquatics Center (PEAC) and serves as a primary liaison with campus and community partners for facility operations, maintenance, reservations, and safety. This position is based at the Cal Poly Maritime Academy on the Cal Poly Solano Campus in Vallejo, CA.
