The role involves running reports, auditing payroll records for discrepancies, and coordinating with relevant parties to resolve any data issues. The Assistant Director will also be responsible for maintaining and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs) for payroll processes, ensuring continuity and compliance with established practices. The Assistant Director will serve as a backup for payroll processing and will be accessible to internal colleagues and employees for any payroll-related inquiries, aiming for a 24-hour response time.
