As the Assistant Director of Worship, you will serve as a key mentoring and developmental leader within the Worship Department—focused on leader care, coaching, and pipeline development. You will partner closely with the Director of Worship to cultivate healthy, aligned, and growing worship leaders and teams across all campuses.
