About The Position

We are very excited to offer this multi-campus support position, designed to strengthen clinical leadership across at nearby sister communities. The Floating Assistant Director of Wellness will provide hands-on support to both our Auburn Hills and Sterling Heights communities, partnering closely with each Director of Wellness and leadership team to ensure high-quality care, regulatory compliance, and consistent clinical operations. This role will assist with oversight of care delivery, staff support and training, auditing, and day-to-day clinical needs as they arise. The position offers a rotating schedule to provide coverage during key operational times, along with paid mileage between locations. Requirements

Must 21 years of age or older
A High school diploma or equivalent
Bachelors degree or Associates Degree
Licensed Registered Nurse in States of oversight-LPN or RN required
A Love for Working with Seniors!
