Are you a licensed mental health professional with a passion for leadership, housing stability, and recovery-focused care? Join our innovative Front Door Diversion Program, which diverts individuals from psychiatric hospitalization into temporary housing, while our team helps them apply for benefits, access mental health services, and transition into permanent, subsidized housing. As Assistant Director, your leadership will help clients with serious mental illness (SMI), co-occurring substance use, trauma, and medical complexities step out of crisis and into stability. You'll guide a passionate team and ensure that every service delivered—from crisis support to housing placement—moves clients closer to lasting mental health recovery and independence. You'll drive program outcomes, support your team, and ensure clinical excellence every step of the way.
