About The Position
The Assistant Director of Training & Diversity at the Office of Postdoctoral Affairs (OPA) is responsible for developing, managing, and assessing programs that support postdoctoral scholars, particularly those from underrepresented groups. This role involves curriculum development, program management, and research to enhance the training experience and career transitions for postdocs. The Assistant Director will lead assessment efforts across OPA programs, ensuring continuous improvement and effective evaluation of initiatives aimed at fostering an inclusive academic environment.
