The Assistant Director of Student Support & Case Management is a specialized position which blends the functions of non-clinical student consultation, program coordination of student referrals and intake, systems development and coordination for reporting and maintenance of student cases, and leadership in addressing factors which contribute to student attrition and improve student success. The Assistant Director serves as a key liaison between students, staff, and university systems, managing highly sensitive and confidential issues involving student conduct, behavioral health, and civil rights compliance. This position provides non-clinical case management services and supports Title IX administration, including response coordination, resolution of complaints, and training. The Assistant Director also facilitates referrals, ensures accurate recordkeeping, and contributes to campus climate initiatives promoting equity and safety.
