The Assistant Director of Student Services, Virtual Campus, under the direction of the AVP of Student Engagement, Virtual Campus, or designee, leads and executes the delivery of student services functions to supplement and enhance the academic experience, student retention and graduation rates for the Virtual Campus. Specific functions include management of student advising staff, analysis and reporting of student registration, and provide oversight of new student orientation, and student issue resolution. The Assistant Director of Student Services, Virtual Campus, will oversee day to day functions of the virtual campus and is responsible for fostering a collaborative environment and consults with other Alliant departments including but not limited to IT, Facilities, Admissions and Student Financial Services.
