As Spa Assistant Director, you will play a vital leadership role supporting the Spa Director while helping guide a talented team dedicated to delivering unforgettable wellness experiences. Requirements

  • Education: High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Experience: Previous spa or hospitality leadership experience required; management experience strongly preferred.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand and walk for extended periods, and perform tasks involving bending and reaching.

Responsibilities

  • Operational Leadership: Support the Spa Director in overseeing daily spa operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of service and professionalism.
  • Team Support & Development: Assist in hiring, training, mentoring, and evaluating spa associates while fostering a positive, collaborative work environment.
  • Guest Experience Excellence: Engage with guests to gather feedback, resolve concerns, and identify opportunities to enhance services and satisfaction.
  • Inventory & Facility Oversight: Manage spa supplies and equipment, maintain cleanliness standards, and coordinate preventative maintenance to keep facilities operating at peak performance.
  • Sales & Revenue Support: Assist with retail strategy, promotions, upselling initiatives, and incentive programs to drive revenue and guest engagement.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Partner with the Spa Director on budgeting, forecasting, marketing initiatives, and operational improvements while staying informed on industry trends and innovations.
