The Assistant Director of Simulation and Training at Lincoln Memorial University-DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine (LMU-DCOM) helps manage the operations of the Clinical Examination Center (CEC), Simulation Lab, and Clinical Skills Lab within the Center for IPE and Simulation (CIPES) on the Orange Park, Florida campus.

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of all CIPES spaces, including the Clinical Examination Center (CEC), Simulation Lab, and Clinical Skills Lab.
  • Supervise all activities within the Simulation Lab, CEC, and Clinical Skills Lab.
  • Work with the CIPES team and course directors to continuously evaluate and improve program content, equipment, and simulation technologies.
  • Work with vendors to obtain quotes, manage contracts, resolve technical issues, and keep all equipment up-to-date.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable federal and state laws in Tennessee and Florida, as well as all LMU, LMU-DCOM, and CIPES policies and procedures.
  • Promote a positive and effective working environment for all faculty, staff, and students.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • BS in a health profession, education or related field.
  • Work experience in a simulation lab environment.
  • Masters degree.
  • At least two (2) years work experience in a simulation lab environment.
  • Management experience.
