About The Position
The Assistant Director of Residence Life and Housing is a dynamic, seasoned, team-oriented, high-energy professional. This is a twelve-month salaried position which reports to the Director of Residence Life and Housing. The Assistant Director is an on-call staff member for 1,300+ students who live on the ABAC campus. This position is also responsible for oversight of the Resident Assistants and will supervise three Residence Life Coordinators. The position requires creativity, attention to detail, strong interpersonal communication skills, and respect for confidentiality. This position is live-on optional.
