The Assistant Director of Research & Scholarship provides strategic and operational leadership for sponsored projects, research programs, and scholarly activity within the College of Nursing. Reporting to the Associate Dean for Research and Scholarship, this position supports faculty, staff, and students in advancing research, scholarship, and creative inquiry by managing pre- and post-award processes, ensuring regulatory and institutional compliance, and promoting a culture of academic excellence. This role serves as a key resource for research administration and scholarly engagement, coordinating initiatives that align with institutional priorities and external funding opportunities. The Assistant Director leads the planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs and initiatives within the Office of Research and Scholarship, ensuring effective project management, continuous improvement, and high-quality service to the College’s research community.
