As AssistantDOR (PT or PTA) , you’ll support the Program Manager and serve as a key resource for both staff and patients in our outpatient setting.

Requirements

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant or Physical Therapy program
• Valid clinical license in the state of Ohio
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Nice To Haves

• 2+ years of clinical experience preferred (rehab, outpatient, LTC, or acute care)

Responsibilities

• Support and help manage daily operations of the interdisciplinary rehab team
• Coordinate therapy services with the nursing department and larger care team
• Supervise therapists, assistants, and rehab aides
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and Symbria policies
• Monitor team productivity and caseload balance
• Assist in community marketing and promotion of rehab services
• Collect outcome data to track and enhance program performance
• Step in as Program Manager when needed
