Under general direction, the Assistant Director of Project & Service Delivery provides strategic, operational, and administrative leadership for major projects and service-delivery efforts across the institution. This position oversees a portfolio of enterprise-level projects, manages and develops project management staff, ensures consistent application of departmental methodologies, and collaborates with senior leadership to advance the long-term vision for project and service-delivery excellence. The Assistant Director is responsible for aligning project and service-delivery execution with institutional priorities, optimizing resources, improving operational workows, and ensuring high-quality, reliable delivery of services across the organization.
