About The Position

Responsibilities • Manage and oversee behavioral support services for adults and children, which includes completing assessments, behavior plans, consultation, brief support implementation services, and protocols • Consult with the individual’s support team, medical, mental health, and other practitioners to provide informed behavioral support • Conduct initial and ongoing training for direct support staff on implementing behavior plans and protocols • Complete observations and treatment integrities with individuals receiving services and staff • Dedicate time to the individuals’ receiving services at their homes, day centers, or other community settings • Attend required meetings • Create prevention plans and support plans as needed • Conduct supervision meetings with behavioral support staff • Conduct an ongoing assessment of progress in all pertinent environments against the individual’s goals, outlined in the individual’s person-centered plan and, if applicable, behavior plan • Prepare written progress notes on the individual’s goals, outlined in the individual’s person- centered plan and the behavior plan • Serve as an active member of everyone’s team, which includes involvement in plan development • Present behavior plans to the Human Rights Committee • Flex schedule throughout the week, including evenings and weekends if needed • Additional tasks and responsibilities may be assigned Minimum Requirements • Master’s degree in a relevant field • BCBA preferred • Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record • Have at least one year of clinical experience: Working Conditions May be required to travel utilizing own vehicle Why Community Options? Requirements

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field
  • Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record
  • Have at least one year of clinical experience
