The Assistant Director will ensure employees are paid accurately and timely while maintaining strict compliance with tax laws, union collective bargaining agreements (CBAs), and organization policies, while supporting the implementation of payroll-related strategic initiatives. This is a key leadership role that requires collaboration across the organization with departments such as Human Resources (HR), Finance, and Information Technology (IT).
