About The Position
The Assistant Director of Nursing/Staff Development Coordinator at The Pines at Davidson is responsible for coordinating staff training, education, and professional development within the Nursing Department. This role involves assisting with staffing, scheduling, and operational duties, while also participating in the leadership of the nursing team. The ADON/Staff Development Coordinator provides guidance and support to the department and assumes responsibility for the Nursing department in the absence of the Director of Nursing, ensuring clinical and professional competency for the residents served.
