About The Position
Lincoln Tech has an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Director of Nursing to assist with managing the Nursing Education Department. This role supports student retention and academic success while ensuring the program meets institutional goals and maintains the highest standards of quality, ethics, and integrity. The Assistant Director of Nursing helps ensure full compliance with all government, accreditation, and company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Masters of Science in Nursing (MSN)
- Active RN license in the state of New Jersey
- 3+ years of experience in education or management

Responsibilities
- Assist with faculty recruitment, hiring, and orientation
- Mentor faculty and provide support in educational development
- Assist faculty with instructional delivery methods that address diverse learning styles
- Ensure instructor attendance and arrange coverage for faculty absences
- Evaluate and update the Faculty Education Plan (FEP) for all nursing faculty
- Conduct classroom observations and surveys; review results with faculty, students, and the Director of Nursing (PN), as appropriate
- Manage student progress from orientation through graduation
- Ensure satisfactory academic progress and support student progression and retention
