Requirements
- Current RN license in good standing in VA
- Exceptional leadership, clinical and customer service skills
- Strong commitment to resident centered care and innovative care delivery
- Ability to motivate, build caring relationships, and communicate effectively
Nice To Haves
- Experience in Long Term Care preferred
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with DON to maximize performance and satisfaction of nursing department
