FT The Assistant Director (AD) of Nursing for Cardiac Care, Thoracic, and Dialysis provides operational, regulatory, and clinical leadership across a complex, multi-unit service line. This role partners closely with the Director of Nursing and fellow Assistant Directors to ensure high-quality, safe, and compliant patient care across inpatient and procedural environments. The AD plays a critical leadership role in emergency preparedness, regulatory readiness, and operational performance while fostering a collaborative, communicative, and accountable nursing culture.
