About The Position
A facility near Fallon, Nevada, is seeking a full-time Assistant Director of Nursing to join their team for a full-time, direct hire position! Pay: $50.00-$69.00/hour, depending on experience Sign On & Relocation Assistance Available! Assistant Director of Nursing Details: Full-time, direct hire position Schedule: 5x8s or 4x12s, must be onsite during business hours The Assistant Director of Nursing supports the DON, manages staffing, policies, and department operations, and acts as DON when needed Oversees patient care, rounds, records, supplies, emergencies, and resolves complaints Orients and evaluates staff, schedules shifts, and promotes quality and morale The Assistant Director of Nursing must be available to cover stand by/call back and able to cover shifts and assist on the floor when needed
Requirements
- Must hold a valid Registered Nurse license with a BSN preferred
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS, certification required
- At least 1 year experience in other nursing supervisor roles
