About The Position
This position involves assisting with the planning, developing, and directing the overall operation of a long-term care nursing services department in accordance with current federal, state, and local regulations. The role includes overseeing nursing staff activities and establishing standards for quality patient care and safety. Additionally, the position requires participation in the development of annual financial plans and monitoring expenditures in accordance with financial plan allocations and guidelines, as well as involvement in Performance Improvement and Quality Assurance initiatives.
