What You’ll Do as an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) Assist the Director of Nursing (DON) in planning, organizing, and directing the nursing department while gaining valuable leadership experience. Conduct regular rounds to monitor care delivery, identify opportunities for improvement, and support the implementation of solutions. Support and enforce policies while coaching and developing nursing team members. Manage administrative and operational functions to promote efficiency and quality outcomes. Participate in an on-call rotation with other members of the leadership team. What It Takes to Join Our Team Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in the state of Iowa (or ability to activate). Current CPR certification. Requirements

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in the state of Iowa (or ability to activate).
