The Assistant Director of Nursing Professional Development is responsible for the strategic development, delivery, and continuous improvement of comprehensive training and professional development programs across all Education Affiliates (EA) Nursing Programs. This role supports new and existing DONs, ADONs, faculty, and other nursing staff through structured onboarding, ongoing instructional coaching, compliance training, simulation education, and hands-on guidance related to nursing curricula, instructional platforms, and educational technologies. The Assistant Director designs and delivers training materials and learning experiences that ensure nurses are prepared to successfully implement approved nursing curricula, meet regulatory and accreditation requirements, and deliver high-quality instruction each term. This position collaborates closely with the Vice President of Nursing, campus Deans of Nursing, Regional Directors of Education (RDOEs), the National Dean of Instruction, the Training and Support Specialist, and other Academic Affairs leadership to promote consistency, quality, instructional excellence, and regulatory compliance across all campuses.
