About The Position
The Gardens of St. Francis is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our dedicated caregiving team. This role is pivotal in assisting the Director of Nursing with the administration of nursing units, focusing on policy development, organizational planning, and the direction of geriatric nursing care. The ADON will be responsible for developing and monitoring standards of gerontological nursing practices, ensuring that our residents receive the highest quality of care. This position also involves promoting public relations, education, and consultation within the assigned units, fostering a collaborative environment that aligns with our core values of Compassion, Inclusion, Integrity, Excellence, and Collaboration. Located across from Pearson Metro Park, The Gardens of St. Francis is set on 44 acres of beautiful gardens and walking paths, providing a serene environment for both residents and staff.
