Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) – Med/Surg and ICU
About The Position
Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) – Med/Surg and ICU ($80K-$99K) Columbus, NE, USA 40 hrs/wk; day shift, variable at times to meet staff and patient needs. Responsible for daily operations of ACU/ICU. Ensures appropriate staffing, supplies and equipment to meet business needs and patient needs; collaborates and communicates with Director, physicians, SLC and other departments to maximize efficiency and effectiveness of department of oversight. Current NE license or Compact Nursing License from another state. BSN required, 2 years med surg or ICU experience and 1 year leadership experience. Sign-on bonus ($10K with a 1-year commitment). Relocation assistance ranges from $5K - $15K depending upon how far of a move for the candidate.
