Your Role as ADON: As an Assistant Director of Nursing , you will be an essential part of our leadership team, ensuring high-quality care for our residents while supporting and mentoring our nursing staff. Key responsibilities include:

Requirements

  • Current RN License in Ohio (required).
  • At least two years of nursing leadership experience (ADON, Unit Manager, or similar role).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills.
  • Passion for long-term care and a commitment to resident well-being.
  • Ability to inspire, educate, and support a dedicated nursing team.

Responsibilities

  • Providing clinical leadership and assisting the Director of Nursing in managing and improving patient care quality.
  • Mentoring and training staff, fostering professional growth and teamwork.
  • Ensuring regulatory compliance with state and federal healthcare standards.
