About The Position
Reporting to the Director of the Center for Student Leadership and Involvement, the Assistant Director of Multicultural Education and Advocacy is responsible for developing innovative programming for a diverse student population. This full-time professional works collaboratively with faculty, staff and various departments and college constituencies to engage students outside of the classroom to enhance the college experience through student engagement, leadership development opportunities and programming to serve the campus community. This position is responsible for the new Multicultural Center, Fraternity & Sorority Life, Diversity & Inclusion programming, and various campus-committee service opportunities.
