About The Position

We are seeking an Assistant Director of Maintenance/Training Coordinator to help drive the success of our maintenance department.  This pivotal role reports directly to the Director of Maintenance and plays a key part in ensuring the smooth daily operations, spearheading training initiates, and managing special projects.

Requirements

  • Proved experience in maintenance operations and staff training.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • High proficiency with technology and digital tools.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and lead training programs for maintenance staff to ensure top-tier performance and safety standards.
  • Support daily operations by managing administrative tasks and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
  • Collaborate on special projects, bringing innovation and efficiency to our maintenance strategies.
  • Travel extensively to various sites, ensuring consistent standards and hands-on support.
  • Communicate professionally and efficiently across all levels of the organization
  • Leverage technology to streamline processes, track progress, and enhance team productivity.
