About The Position
The Assistant Director of Internal Organizing at SEIU is responsible for developing and implementing the overall strategy and direction for the Division's member strength work, offense program, and other internal organizing campaigns. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders to enhance member engagement and build a strong opposition movement within selected locals. The position emphasizes racial justice in evaluating projects and aims to create a member army of leaders and activists. The Assistant Director will also manage staff, oversee budgets, and coordinate with other departments to ensure the success of the Offense Program.
