The Assistant Director of Institutional Advancement is responsible for supporting the Vice President for External Affairs and Institutional Advancement in various strategic and operational tasks. This role involves monitoring personnel activities for compliance, defining goals aligned with the College's strategic direction, and ensuring timely completion of essential documents such as the 990 Tax Form and audit reports. The Assistant Director will also prepare financial reports, assist with grant proposals, and manage donor recognition events, while maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
