Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor is looking to welcome an Assistant Director of Human Resources to join the team! Our hotel, which features 757 guest rooms, is adjacent to Oriole Park at Camden Yards, five blocks from Baltimore's Inner Harbor area and surrounded by downtown dining. Our hotel is connected to Baltimore Convention Center via skywalk, and we're a half-mile from Camden MARC Station, linking to the airport. Our Director of Human Resources oversees the Assistant Director of Human Resources and Human Resources Manager. The ideal candidate holds 3+ years experience in a Human Resources Management role within hospitality. Proven ability to coach and train department heads. Experience working with a Collective Bargaining Agreement is a plus! Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday (8:30AM-6:00PM) full availability weekdays, weekends, holidays as needed. What will I be doing? As an Assistant Director of Human Resources, you would be responsible for assisting the Director in the direction and administration of the Human Resources function in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
