About The Position

The Assistant Director of Housekeeping plays a key leadership role within our Residence Club, inspiring a high‑performing team and elevating the experience of every owner and guest. This dynamic position oversees the immaculate care of all residences, public spaces, and back‑of‑house areas, ensuring they always reflect the warmth, comfort, and luxury of our Club. In partnership with Laundry operations, this leader drives exceptional service, fosters team growth and empowerment, and upholds strong operational and financial performance—bringing our hospitality standards to life every single day.

Requirements

  • College degree, preferably in Hotel Management.
  • Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role and 2 years in a Housekeeping Department position
  • Proven ability to motivate and lead a large, diverse team.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to adapt to changing business needs.
  • Innovative mindset with a strong commitment to Four Seasons standards and values.
  • Strong community relations and engagement.
  • Hands-on leadership style with the ability to inspire excellence.
  • High attention to detail and passion for guest service.
  • Candidates must have valid work authorization for the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, train, schedule, and evaluate all Housekeeping staff.
  • Conduct interviews, performance evaluations, and corrective actions as needed.
  • Promote communication and teamwork across the department.
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure rooms and public spaces meet Four Seasons standards.
  • Assign daily tasks, monitor productivity, and inspect all areas of responsibility.
  • Establish detailed cleaning and preventive maintenance programs to preserve the quality and appearance of all furnishings, fixtures, and equipment.
  • Handle all guest and owners interactions with the highest level of professionalism.
  • Respond promptly and accurately to guest requests and special requirements, resolving concerns effectively.
  • Coordinate Housekeeping services for Residence owners as needed.
  • Support departmental financial goals by monitoring labor, supply, and contract expenses.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records for linens, uniforms, and supplies.
  • Participate in periodic inventories and recommend corrective actions.
  • Assist in preparing the annual labor and operating budgets and propose capital expenditures.
  • Promote and enforce safe working practices, proper chemical handling, and equipment maintenance.
  • Respond swiftly and effectively to all safety or emergency situations.
