  • Proven experience in leadership development and advising diverse student populations.
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement leadership programs for fraternity and sorority leaders.
  • Collaborate with university partners to design workshops, conferences, and retreats.
  • Oversee training for chapter officers and council executives.
  • Champion diversity and inclusion within the fraternity and sorority community.
  • Serve as the primary advisor to designated Greek councils and chapters.
  • Support the student judicial process regarding Greek conduct standards.
  • Assist in developing and executing the OFSL's strategic plan.
  • Prepare annual reports on fraternity and sorority life initiatives.
