About The Position

Beverly Wilshire, a Four Seasons Hotel, is looking for an Assistant Director of Food & Beverage who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. This position has the opportunity to shape employee experience by providing exceptional knowledge and service in support of our world-renowned hotels. The Assistant Director of Food & Beverage reports to the Director of Food & Beverage. Work authorization for the location is required.

Beverly Wilshire, A Four Seasons Hotel, is seeking a highly motivated and service-minded individual to join the Food & Beverage Leadership Team. The Assistant Director of Food & Beverage is responsible for planning, organizing, directing and controlling the work of employees and managers in the in the Food & Beverage Division while ensuring exceptional service and attention to guests.

Requirements

• Candidate is required to have 3-5 years of previous experience in multiple food and beverage department head positions in a luxury, fast paced environment
