About The Position

Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe is seeking a dynamic individual for the position of Assistant Director of Food & Beverage. This role is designed for someone who shares a passion for achieving service excellence and infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. The Assistant Director will oversee all aspects of the Food and Beverage Outlet Operations and will report directly to the General Manager of the Resort. This position is very hands-on, requiring a leader who supports operations whenever needed, creates trust and openness, and empowers their team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Food & Beverage Multi outlet Manager experience, preferably in a luxury hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of Banquet Operations within the hospitality industry.
• Strong communication skills with a clear understanding of both English and Spanish.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of Food and Beverage Outlet Operations.
• Support operations and ensure that Four Seasons luxury standards are met.
• Drive Food and Beverage business revenue, reduce costs, and increase guest satisfaction.
• Monitor labor, supplies, and food & beverage expenses.
• Develop future Food and Beverage leaders within the organization.
• Create high-performing teams with measurable results.
