The Assistant Director of Food & Beverage, which forms part of the Food & Beverage Division leadership team, collectively makes key strategic and operational decisions for the Food & Beverage outlets. The Assistant Director provides leadership and management support to the Director of Food & Beverage and assists in all existing and upcoming concepts, ensuring thorough people development together with long-term growth and profitability of the department, division and Hotel. The primary responsibilities for this position are to ensure our guests and homeowners receive the highest level of food quality and service, manage and develop a team, and assist with the annual budget, help to manage labor control and operating expenses and develop relationships with our third-party restaurant operator.
