About The Position

The Assistant Director of Food and Beverage is responsible for assisting in the management and organization of all food and beverage outlets within the hotel, ensuring outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Responsibilities

• Assist in the management of all Food and Beverage operations including guest service, food and beverage quality, and inventory management.
• Monitor and develop team member performance through supervision, scheduling, and evaluations.
• Develop and implement menus and marketing strategies in collaboration with the culinary team.
• Monitor service and satisfaction trends, addressing issues and making improvements as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards.
• Recruit, interview, and train team members.
