The Rivers School — a 6-12 co-ed independent day school in Weston, MA, just outside Boston — seeks professionals who are looking to join a dynamic, innovative, and welcoming school community. Reporting to the Director of Family and Alumni Engagement, the Assistant Director of Family and Alumni Events is responsible for implementing and managing engagement events that cultivate meaningful connections to encourage involvement, support, and philanthropic engagement with The Rivers School. We seek a candidate who has a passion for connecting across constituents, who leads with a customer-service mindset, and has a careful and creative approach to engagement events and execution. In this role, this teammate will manage a variety of responsibilities around engagement, including event and program management and promotion, and related logistical tasks.
