This position will support various projects, improve, and grow departmental programs and services related to developing and enforcing BACB ethics requirements. Duties will include assisting with the development and review of materials and resources related to ethics requirements for BACB certifications, as well as supporting the Director with projects related to departmental process improvement and scalability. The Assistant Director will supervise a team of Ethics Review Specialists and work with other department leadership to facilitate collaboration and streamlined case processing between the Ethics Review Specialists and Ethics Case Coordinators. They will also be responsible for the management of data collection systems within the department. This position requires both inter-departmental and cross-departmental collaboration.
