Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, institutional research, or reporting.
• Strong technical, statistical, and reporting skills.
• Experience developing dashboards in Tableau or other BI software.
• Proven history of translating non-technical requests into data products that drive stakeholder action.
• Ability to join data from various databases and systems into workable data sets.
• Advanced-level Google productivity suite skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic reports and interactive dashboards in Tableau and other systems.
• Build, maintain, and refresh data flows that combine, shape, and clean data for analysis.
• Track and report on trends, key performance metrics, and student success/persistence data.
• Summarize analytical work and present findings in a visually compelling way to non-technical audiences.
• Provide general departmental support, including routine data management, cleanup, and ad hoc project support.
• Stay informed on industry trends and new innovations in enrollment management and student success.
