Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field or equivilant experience
  • Previous experience in engineering management, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
  • Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental practices
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks
