Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage engagement strategies for a portfolio of 150-200 leadership annual giving prospects.
  • Deliver a target number of personalized solicitations (150-200) annually for leadership annual gifts to The Hopkins Fund.
  • Conduct approximately 125 strategic visits per year to qualify new prospects, solicit gifts, and engage volunteers.
  • Manage individual travel budget and ensure timely submission of expense reports.
  • Develop annual and multi-year portfolio management plans aligned with work plan goals and monitor progress.
  • Manage the class giving program for 2-3 alumni reunion milestones each year.
  • Support the identification and strategy development of top reunion prospects across all classes.
  • Train and support alumni volunteers to achieve strategic participation and revenue goals.
