The Assistant Director of Counseling and CTE/CCMR supports district and campus initiatives focused on student success, academic advising, and college, career, and military readiness. This role is designed as a growth-oriented leadership opportunity for an experienced campus counselor or program coordinator who has demonstrated excellence in student support, data-informed decision-making, and cross-department collaboration. The position provides mentorship and practical leadership experience in managing counseling programs, coordinating CTE/CCMR initiatives, and building partnerships with higher education and workforce organizations. Ideal Candidate Profile A current campus counselor, CTE coordinator, or program lead ready to expand into district or campus-level leadership. A coachable, collaborative professional who thrives on learning, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Demonstrated success in student counseling, postsecondary planning, and/or coordination of CTE or career readiness programs.
